Karns is a northwest Knox County community, immediately west of Knoxville proper and sharing the road network that runs up through the Hardin Valley corridor. Every Karns job starts the way all of ours do: we walk the property, measure the roofline, and show you the finished run before you commit to anything. What changes from one street to the next is the fixing, which edge we are clipping to, how high we need to get to reach it, and where the power actually is once we are up there.
Because we are based in Oak Ridge, Karns is a short run for us, which matters more for service than for the install itself. If something fails mid-season it gets seen quickly rather than queued behind the far side of the metro. Christmas and seasonal light installation in Karns
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Karns
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Karns
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.
