Karns is a northwest Knox County community on Oak Ridge Highway, between Knoxville and Oak Ridge, with Hardin Valley to its southwest. Every Karns job starts the way all of ours do: we walk the property, measure the roofline, and show you the finished run before you commit to anything. What changes from one street to the next is how it attaches: which edge we are clipping to, how high we need to get to reach it, and where the power actually is once we are up there.
Because we are based in Oak Ridge, Karns is a short run for us, which matters more for service than for the install itself. If something fails mid-season it gets seen quickly rather than waiting behind jobs on the far side of the metro. Permanent track and seasonal displays are both available here, and the consult is where we tell you which one your roofline actually suits.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Karns
Seasonal lighting is a full service with us. It is not a box of lights from a shelf. The display is designed around your roofline, the product is commercial-grade and cut to fit your house, and our crew does the install. If anything goes dark, we service it, any week of the season. After the holidays we take everything down. We store it until next year, so it is not in your garage and it is not crushed between seasons.
We go by booking order, and booking order decides the calendar. The first callers get the earliest dates. If lights on before the first weekend of December is what you want, be on the list well before the season starts.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Karns
Permanent lighting is a slim track under the roofline. It stays up all year. It reads as trim from the street. It runs from an app, so nobody climbs anything. Warm white for a weeknight, color for December, orange and white for a fall Saturday, or off: the choice is yours.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the name most people know, and we are an authorized dealer for it. Bosso is an alternative. Its fixture and control system are its own, and for some rooflines it is the better choice. Both come to the consult. You are told which fits your house, and you are told if the cheaper option fits.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Karns
Besides homes, there are the entrances, storefronts, offices and common areas we light. For those, work is planned around your business hours. No business day is lost to the install, and a larger property can be phased over several visits.
An HOA, a landlord or a historic district may have rules about fixture color, about brightness or about where a track may sit. If so, bring them to the consult. We design to them from the start. We do not ask for an exception later.

We walk the property and measure the roofline. Then we show you how the finished run will look. It is free, and there is no obligation.

Custom install
Your approved plan is what the crew installs. The product is commercial-grade and is cut and fitted on site. A one-size kit is never used.

Service & takedown
If something goes dark, we come back. Seasonal displays are removed by us, and the lights are kept in storage until next year.
