Sequoyah Hills sits on a peninsula in Looney's Bend of the Tennessee River and was one of Knoxville's first suburbs, built up from the 1920s with revival-style and later mid-century houses under mature trees. Bearden, five miles west of downtown along Kingston Pike and part of the city since 1962, mixes older homes with modern infill. West Hills, just beyond it, was Knoxville's first major post-war subdivision, laid out in the 1950s and made up mostly of ranch houses.
Each of those wants a different answer. On the older Sequoyah Hills rooflines, with deep eaves, tree cover and detail you would not want to fasten into, a seasonal display designed around the house is often the right call. The long, low fascia on a West Hills ranch takes a permanent track cleanly, and it reads as trim in daylight. Bearden's infill houses, taller and newer than their neighbors, are usually straightforward permanent installs.

Sequoyah Hills and the older streets off Kingston Pike have mature canopy over the rooflines, so we check branch clearance before deciding where a run sits, and driveways on those lots can be narrow or steep, which shapes where the crew sets up. We fix to the fascia and trim, never through roofing, and on a house with original detail we show you exactly where the line would go before anything is fixed.
The commercial side is the Kingston Pike corridor: the shopping centers and independent shops through Bearden, the offices along the pike, and the retail around West Town Mall. Christmas and seasonal light installation in West Knoxville
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
