Lighting built for Farragut rooflines
Farragut sits in the southwest corner of Knox County, running west to the Loudon County line. Its housing is upscale, built mostly from the 1970s through the 2000s, and arranged into planned subdivisions such as Rockwell Farm. Many of those houses are tall: two stories, steep pitches, long unbroken rooflines that look excellent lit and are genuinely unpleasant to reach off a ladder. What a Farragut install actually takes
Many Farragut houses are tall and wide. A two-story front elevation with a walkout at the back can put the rear roofline three stories off the ground, and the runs are long and unbroken rather than broken up into short sections. That combination is what decides a permanent lighting quote in Farragut: linear footage sets the product, and access sets the labor. Side yards in the newer subdivisions are often narrow, so we check whether a lift can get down one before we promise a date.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Farragut
When we do seasonal lighting, it is a full service. It is never a box of lights from a shelf. A design is drawn around your roofline first. Then commercial-grade product, cut to fit your house, is installed. If anything goes dark we service it, right up to the end of the season. Then, after the holidays, the display is taken down and stored until next year. You do not keep it in your garage, and it does not get crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar here. We schedule installs in the order the bookings come in, so the earliest dates go to the first callers. If you want lights on before the first weekend of December, sign up well ahead of the season.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Farragut
Permanent lighting means a slim track under the roofline, up all year. It reads as trim from the street. Use the app to set warm white for an ordinary evening, color for December and orange and white for a fall Saturday. You can also switch it off. Nobody climbs anything.

Its fixture and control system are its own, and some rooflines take it better. You see both at the consult and hear which fits your house, even when that is the cheaper option.
