Where We Work Around Knoxville
Our service area covers West Knoxville, Concord, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns, Powell and Oak Ridge, plus Maryville and the Blount County neighborhoods near it. You can open a page for each of these under Service Area in the menu. If you do not see your street, call (865) 264-0180 and we will check it for you. At each house we measure the roofline, eaves and peaks and work out a plan that suits the roof pitch, the gutters and the power that is already there. You see and approve the design before any lights are ordered.

JellyFish Permanent
A permanent light track under the roofline, run from an app, with millions of colors for holidays and everyday use. It fits most easily on newer homes in Hardin Valley and Farragut.
Bosso Smart Lighting
The other permanent system we carry, with its own fixture and app. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit, and we check both on older houses in Bearden, Sequoyah Hills and Fountain City.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Knoxville
A seasonal display from us includes the design, commercial-grade lights fitted to your roofline, service calls during the season, and takedown and storage after it. December in East Tennessee averages a high near 51°F and a low near 33°F, and winter is wet, so a display stays damp for weeks. We fasten to the roof edge and use commercial-grade lights made for outdoor use.
We schedule installs in the order they are booked, and the early dates fill first. Two-story homes with steep roofs, common in Hardin Valley, are higher to reach, so book those early. Call before the season starts if you want the lights on by early December.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Knoxville
Permanent lighting is a slim track that sits under the roofline all year and looks like part of the trim from the street. You run it from an app, so there is nothing to climb: warm white on a weeknight, color in December, orange and white on a fall Saturday, or off. It goes on most cleanly where the fascia is straight and the gutters are sound, as on most newer houses in Hardin Valley and much of Farragut.
We are an authorized JellyFish dealer and also install Bosso, a second system with a different fixture and app. Older houses in Sequoyah Hills, Bearden and Fountain City do not always have a roof edge that suits a modern track, so we look at the fascia, drip edge and gutter before recommending one. We bring both systems to the visit, and if the cheaper one fits, we say so.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Knoxville
For businesses we light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas. In this area that means retail at Turkey Creek, storefronts around Market Square and Gay Street, shops and offices along Kingston Pike in Bearden, and Main Street in Oak Ridge. We schedule the work early, late or on a quiet weekday so you stay open, and a larger property can be done in phases over several visits.
HOAs, landlords and historic districts often have rules about fixture color, brightness and where a track can go. Bring them to the visit and we design within them from the start.

Once you approve the plan, our crew installs it with commercial-grade lights cut to fit on site.

Service & takedown
If a section goes out, call (865) 264-0180 and we fix it. After the holidays we take seasonal displays down and store them.
