What we cover from Oak Ridge
Our office sits at 95 Midway Lane in Oak Ridge, and we work outward from there across the Knoxville metro. That distinction matters: Oak Ridge is where the crew and the van actually are, Knoxville is the market we serve. It is a short run to Farragut, Hardin Valley, Karns and Powell, and Blount County addresses around Maryville are well inside our range. If you are not certain your street is covered, call (865) 264-0180 and we will tell you straight rather than book a consult we cannot honour.
We install four things, and only four. Christmas and seasonal displays go up for the season and come back down, with removal and storage included. JellyFish permanent lighting and Bosso smart lighting are app-controlled tracks fitted under the roofline for year-round use. Commercial and HOA work covers storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas, scheduled around your trading hours.
What “done right” means here
East Tennessee decides a lot of this for us. December averages a high near 51°F and a low near 33°F, and winter is the wettest season in this region, so a display spends weeks wet, freezes overnight and thaws again. That cycle, not the cold on its own, is what loosens a cheap clip. We fix to the actual edge of your roof, with commercial-grade product, because coming back out in late December is nobody’s idea of a good time.
The other half is that Knoxville has no single kind of house. Sequoyah Hills is a 1920s National Register historic district where a fixture has to vanish in daylight. Fountain City still has its early-twentieth-century stock around Gibbs Drive. Farragut and Hardin Valley are largely under twenty years old, two storys and steeply pitched. We measure the house in front of us instead of pricing off an aerial photo.
No hard sell at the consult. We walk the property, show you what the run will look like, and give you a number that is the number. If your roofline suits one product better than the other, we say so, including when that is the cheaper one.
