New construction is the easiest kind of house to light properly: the fascia is straight, the gutters are sound, and there is somewhere sensible to put the transformer.

Most of what is here is recent, and recent is easier. Builder-grade fascia runs straight, the gutters have not started pulling away yet, and there is usually a sensible place to put a transformer and a controller without improvising. Seasonal lighting from our crew is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. The design is made for your roofline. The lights are commercial-grade and are cut to fit your house when we install them. Any section that goes dark is serviced, at any point in the season. The display comes down after the holidays and is stored until next year. That keeps your garage free and keeps the lights from being crushed between seasons.
The calendar works by booking order. Each install takes its place in the order it was booked, and the earliest dates go to whoever called first. For lights on before the first weekend of December, get your name in well before the season starts.
