Lighting built for Concord rooflines
Concord sits between Farragut and Knoxville on the north shore of the Tennessee River, and it is older than most people assume. James Rodgers laid out the village in 1854, a year after the railroad came through, and by the 1880s it was one of Tennessee's marble centers. When Fort Loudoun Lake was impounded in the 1940s it covered about a third of the old town, including the business district, and what survives is now the Concord Village Historic District. Since the 1970s the rest of Concord has filled in with subdivisions, many of them on the hills and coves above the lake.
That gives Concord two very different kinds of house. The newer homes are large, often two stories or more, with long, steep rooflines and walkout backs facing the water, which is where permanent lighting earns its keep: a track that stays up, reads as trim in daylight and means nobody climbs a lakeside elevation in December. The older village houses are smaller and closer to the road, and a seasonal display planned around their rooflines usually suits them better.
The lake changes the job in Concord
Plenty of Concord lots slope toward the water, so a house that is two stories at the front can be three at the back, and the rear elevation is often the one people most want lit because it faces the lake. Access is planned side by side, with a lift where the ground allows it, and the fixings are spaced for wind coming across open water and for a wet East Tennessee winter. We fix to the fascia and trim, never through roofing.
Most Concord addresses say Knoxville on the envelope, but much of the community is unincorporated Knox County, which matters whenever a job needs anything from a local government. Subdivisions here often have their own HOA rules on exterior fixtures too, so bring those to the consult and we design to them from the start.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Concord
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
