03
We install on schedule
Our crew shows up at the stage you choose and cleans up before the next trade arrives.
04

We set up the app for the buyer, save a few scenes and put the warranty in their name.
Why builders partner with New Age Lights
Lighting added to a finished house leaves clips and wire showing, and a crew has to work from ladders after closing. During construction the wire goes inside the build, the channel is matched to the trim before paint, and the whole system is a line item that closes with the house. Many new homes in Hardin Valley are two stories with steep roofs, which is where fitting the track during the build saves the most ladder work later.
You get one contact, a set price per elevation and a warranty that transfers to the buyer. Our office is in Oak Ridge, a short drive from Hardin Valley, Karns and West Knoxville, so a site visit is easy to schedule.
We offer financing
We’ve partnered with Wisetack to offer our customers flexible financing options, so you can pay over time rather than all at once. The application takes about a minute to complete, and checking your options does not impact your credit score.

For example, a $5,500 purchase could cost $253.54 per month for 24 months, based on a 9.9% APR, or $1,833.33 per month for 3 months, based on a 0% APR. Offers range from 0 to 35.9% APR based on amount requested and creditworthiness. Not all merchants and lending partners participate in 0% interest programs.
